DEA Direct is a independent Derby based business set up to create Energy Performance Certificates for the residential and letting property market.

Our aim is to provide a Professional, Friendly and Competitive service to organisations in the local Derby area.

DEA Direct was set up in order to reach the customers directly, so that quality and consistency can be maintained. We are proud to be one of only three Certificate providers registered on the Derby City Coucil Domestic Assessor List.
